Neil \u0026amp; Greg will explain features of the garden and point out interesting features like the 900 year old Kahikatea tree.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAlong the way you will meet the pet sheep, Tongariro and Charlie\u003c\/strong\u003e - if you have not already met them on arrival - they love to greet the guests.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThere are \u003cstrong\u003emany flowering shrubs and trees in the garden\u003c\/strong\u003e, climbing roses drape over old post and rail fences and old machinery feature as pieces of art. The old cowshed and stables are filled with interesting \"treasures\" which trace the early farming years.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNear the gardens there is an area set aside for visitors to meet the alpacas, donkeys, miniature horses, more pet sheep and also a deer! \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWalnuts\u003c\/strong\u003e are grown on the property and maybe purchased along with a \u003cstrong\u003erange of chutneys and jams\u003c\/strong\u003e made from excess produce in the garden.
