Appleby House in Nelson is situated on 25 acres of Waimea Plains land. Beautifully located for peace and quiet, the house features spectacular views of mountains, the Richmond Ranges and the Waimea Estuary.

Situated between Richmond and Mapua on the way to the Abel Tasman National Park, Appleby offers a beautiful rural setting to relax and enjoy a Nelson holiday.

The House is available to rent as a Holiday Home (sleeps 6 - 12 people) or to rent by the room there are five queen rooms.  Avaialbe to rent individually is the Turquoise Room, Downstairs Apartment or the Upstairs Apartment (family apartment)

On the same property is Rabbit Island Huts - six individual Huts which offer unique Kiwi accommodation.

The full property sleeps between 22 & 26 people including both Appleby House and Rabbit Island Huts

Beautifully warm even in Winter, central heating + open fire and  outdoor fire and BBQ area.

Everything is supplied, including fully equipped commercial kitchen and laundry.
