The Nassereinbahn lift lies about 400 metres away, an easy walk in boots. Rooms run from a 16 m² double up to the 60 m² Arlen Lodge Suite, finished in local wood and warm, natural tones. A ski room with a boot dryer, changing space, and a washing machine sits off the entrance for wet gear.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBreakfast draws on a local bakery and eggs from nearby farms, served each morning before guests head out to ski, hike, or cycle. The Arlen Spa covers just over 70 m² and holds an infrared sauna, a Finnish sauna, and an ice tub, open to adults only. In summer the same trails and passes that draw skiers in winter turn over to hikers and mountain bikers, with the St Anton Summer Card included from the first night's stay. One car per room is parked free, with further cars charged daily.
