You can take breakfast in the first-floor Wellington Boot room, which looks out over the islands, or move downstairs to Restaurant Copenhagen for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on a terrace above Havelet Bay. Both restaurants share the former coach house, its interior still marked by a nod to its equestrian past. A heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi make up the health suite, reached from the lower ground floor, with a patio opening off it in summer. The lounge keeps a log fire lit through the colder months.
