Big old trees of Guanacaste, Cenizaro, Pochote, Jabillo, Panama, is only a few mentioned also flowers, ferns, orchids, and more. \r\nAlso spot the animals: spyder- and howler monkeys going along in the trees or having a rest, sloth, ardilla, agouti, watch out for birds and butterflies, also insects, amphibians, and reptiles. Take a bath in the forest and get a rest on the bench to chill and enjoy the surroundings. \r\n\r\n\r\nThe trail is self guided and free for all hotelguests. But let us know if you like to have a guide to arrange it for you (this has an extra cost).\r\nBring along good walking shoes, long pants, sun and bug protection and your camera.  During rainy season it can be very moody, and we recommend using rubber boots.
