The land sits within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, between Loch Goil and Loch Eck. Much of the hill ground, once grazed hard by sheep, is now managed as protected open hill, with commercial forestry planted across roughly a third of the estate. At its centre stands a timber barn built for ceremonies and receptions, holding up to 120 guests for a wedding and 22 for overnight stays. The Lodge, an eco-themed spa building sleeping 16, has eight bedrooms, a private dining room for 20 and a second-floor gallery with a pool table and observatory. Underfloor heating runs through the building, and a spa corridor holds a steam room, sauna and outdoor hot tub. A separate three-bedroom annex sleeps six and welcomes families and pets. Couples can marry on the lawn above the loch, at the water's edge, or under canvas in a marquee or tipi pitched on the open ground. Land Rover trips run up into the hills for photographs near a waterfall.
