Coldfoot Camp
Coldfoot Camp is located at mile 175 of the Dalton Highway and provides a natural base for a variety of activities in this remote region of Alaska. Situated at the base of the Brookes Range mountains, Coldfoot offers easy access to the gates of the Arctic National Park and the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. In the summer, flightseeing, hiking, rafting, fishing and exploring area mining roads are some of the activities guests can undertake from Coldfoot Camp. The winter months bring world-class aurora viewing and opportunities for dog mushing excursions with local mushers. The camp is open year-round and features a cafe, rustic accommodation with en-suite bathrooms, tour services, fuel and a minor tire repair workshop. The truckstop-style cafe at Coldfoot Camp offers buffet meals in summer and a set menu in winter.
