There are 32 rooms in total, split between Comfort and Deluxe categories, ranging from 20 to 26 square metres, each with a private terrace, air conditioning, and a coffee desk.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe hotel opened in 2019 as part of the COAF SMART campus, a rural education centre for children in Lori Province. Every stay funds that centre directly; the hotel operates as a social enterprise, with proceeds going to COAF's programmes rather than private profit. Guests can walk the SMART campus on a included tour, and the connection is close enough that the hotel's conference centre and restaurant share the same grounds.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe in-house restaurant serves Armenian, Georgian, and Italian dishes, built around local produce; the baked trout and a caramelized pear salad are recurring favourites. Outside, the canyon offers hiking, biking, and river rafting on the Debed, arranged through the hotel's own visitor centre.
