Each Classic Deluxe room was purpose-built for guests rather than converted from a house, with its own entrance onto a deck veranda, a walk-in dressing room, and an en-suite shower. Interiors were done by a professional designer, plain and uncluttered, with black-out drapes and a flat-screen TV. Beds are queen-size only; rooms take a maximum of two adults, and children are not accommodated. Breakfast, a full cooked plate, runs in the dining room each morning and is included in the rate. You can walk to the Penguin Parade and the Koala Conservation Centre within ten minutes by car, or reach the Grand Prix Circuit in the same time. Cowes village, with its shops and restaurants, is a short walk from the front gate. Owners Evie and Richard have run the house since October 2021, continuing a small, family-operated style of service that dates to 2003. Parking is off-street and secure.
