The hotel opened in 2018 a short walk from Limhamn's small-boat harbour, on Sweden's Öresund coast near Malmö. Rooms run from 18 m² doubles to the 34 m² American Queen family room, split across two connecting bedrooms with separate entrances. Each comes with a kettle, a desk, an armchair, a fridge and a large television, plus tea, coffee and chocolate laid out for guests. Beds are made by YouBed and can be adjusted from soft to firm to suit each sleeper. It is a compact stay, but a considered one. A buffet breakfast is included, along with free parking and wi-fi. VESSEL, the hotel's restaurant, opened in February 2023 and takes bookings from non-guests as well. Öresund lies within walking distance, with paths running along the shore.
