Rooms are individually coloured, each with a separate living area and a vaulted or wooden ceiling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePetiscos Alentejanos, the estate restaurant, serves regional dishes such as confit duck with orange reduction and mashed potato with vegetables and coriander, plus sericaia for dessert. A wine bar and a fireside lounge sit apart from each other in the main house. You can hear little beyond birdsong and the wind across the vines from the terrace.
