Indigo Restaurant

Located on the first floor of the Blue Mansion, Indigo restaurant is inspired by Cheong Fatt Tze himself, offering a marriage between East and West not just in the setting, but also the cuisine. Its cuisine is a delicate balance of flavours and expert techniques, a reflection of the ever-evolving culinary palette of Chef Jack – influenced by his upbringing in Penang, his kitchen experiences abroad and his travels across the globe. The interior was designed to complement and enhance the cuisine which it serves, and the restaurant remains one of the must-try restaurants in Penang. Guests can savour the refined flavours of modern gastronomy with a hint of Asian influences at Indigo, and take their time to enjoy the charms and romanticism of dining within the historic Blue Mansion. Indigo is open daily for lunch, dinner and private events.
