Le Corail, the signature restaurant, holds the largest wine cellar in the territory and overlooks a lit lagoonarium; Sands and Reef restaurants sit closer to the beach, with Bubbles Bar serving cocktails at sunset with Otemanu as backdrop. Guests can snorkel or paddle a canoe straight from their terrace steps. A working organic garden supplies herbs and vegetables to the kitchens using compost from the resort's own green waste.
