Kapitea Lodge

Kapitea Lodge is located on the wild and spectacular west coast of New Zealand, between Greymouth and Hokitika. Set on 8 hectares of land, overlooking the Tasman Sea and surrounded by gardens, the lodge is an ideal base for exploring the wonders of the coast. Pancake Rocks at Punakaiki is a hour drive away to the north, and Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers are within two hours to the south. The eclectic town of Hokitika is just twenty minutes south of Kapitea. The main lodge incorporates a lounge, dining room, conservatory, outside patio and hot tub. Lodge accommodations feature 5 unique guest bedrooms, most of them upstairs with balconies and sea views. The downstairs room has a garden patio.
