Welcome to La Bella Vita Boutique Studios.

Our 10 exquisitely designed studios are artfully designed in various tones, textures, and colors
to be one-of-a-kind – in style, décor, theme, and ambiance – ensuring an unique experience with every stay. Situated on Simonsvlei Road, just outside Paarl, our secluded estate is a mere stone’s throw away from the historic towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.

We are not a hotel or guesthouse, don't have a reception area or permanent staff on site and short term stay studios does not get serviced. All of this contributes and sets the atmosphere of providing you with the ultimate getaway to relax in an isolated paradise with other like minded guests.

Each studio has a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and
fridge but no oven or stove. Each coffee station has coffee, tea, and milk for the duration of your stay. Cutlery & crockery for a microwave meal is available. The closest grocery shop, Woolworths, is within 5 km.

Some studios have a small dining table.
Studios are operated on a self-check-in and self check-out basis and information in this
regard is shared in confirmation letters. There is no reception desk nor communal area.
Studios are serviced before and after stays and not during stays
