La Maipú

La Maipú is located on the shores of Lake San Martín, at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the province of Santa Cruz, within Argentine Patagonia. Located well to the west end of the country, a few kilometres from the limits with Chile, the special location within Patagonia makes this place one of the most remote on Earth and that is why the road to the lodge already creates a unique experience. A few hours of electricity and Wi-Fi per day make La Maipú a place to disconnect. The lodge offers six comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and heating, a common living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a barbecue. Guests can enjoy dining on fruits and vegetables from the land, meat from the field and trout from the lake, all prepared with expertise by the hosts. Activities include trekking, horseback riding and fishing.
