The Suite runs to 49 square metres with a separate lounge and dining table; Comfort and Deluxe rooms measure 26 square metres, some with balconies facing the sea. Rooms carry air conditioning, a laptop safe and, in the Deluxe category, an espresso machine. Outside, a heated pool sits behind gardens, screened from the wind that defines this part of Namibia. The Penguin Restaurant, running since 1998, serves West Coast rock lobster and the local Lüderitz oyster, with lawns in front and the sea beyond. Crayfish Bar and Lounge holds the same view from indoors. It is a small, self-contained base for a town built on fishing and diamond history, not a resort in the usual sense. Wi-Fi runs throughout, parking is secure, and a lift serves all three floors.
