Ten chalets, five luxury and five classic, are built of thatch and stone and spaced apart for privacy. Each has its own deck facing the bushveld. It is a compact stay, sized for twenty guests at most. The luxury chalets add a freestanding bath alongside the shower and twin basins; the classic rooms keep to shower and basin. Guests aged twelve and up are welcome, which keeps the mood settled rather than boisterous.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe main lodge holds a lounge, a viewing deck and a pool, with three fireplaces lit through cooler months. Dinner moves between an outdoor boma facing the waterhole and an indoor dining room, and the waterhole is lit after dark so game can be watched from the table. Brunch is served on the main deck. Rangers lead game drives, night drives and guided walks, including a Big Five walking safari for guests between eighteen and seventy. Wi-Fi reaches the chalets and communal areas alike.
