The buildings work as a pair of centuries: KASEKE, POKU and KÄBI, each under 50 m², sit a short walk from the old servants' house that now serves breakfast and, on weekend nights, an eight-course tasting menu at SOO, noted by Michelin, Falstaff and White Guide. KASEKE was built around its birch trees without felling a single one; its ash-clad rooftop terrace looks over the marsh. POKU takes its form from tussock sedge and carries a thatched roof, a sauna and an outdoor bathtub. KÄBI, sided in wood shake the colour of a pine cone, has a jacuzzi and fireplace. None has a kitchen — each keeps only a kettle, a coffee maker and a small fridge. It is a compact stay. No road reaches the villas, so guests walk the last few hundred metres from the car park. You can hear the marsh at night through the glass. Staff, called house fairies, run breakfast, dinner delivery and a manor tour into every stay.
