Three have their own bathrooms; the fourth has a bathroom directly outside the door. The interior holds a large living room with a deck, a kitchen, a dining area, a study, and a media room. Outside, three terraces and a courtyard face the lake. A plunge pool sits within the grounds, and a dedicated beach below the house is for guests only.
