The on-site restaurant, Cocoplum Bistro, pairs French technique with Bahamian ingredients such as conch and mahi-mahi, and serves the only mojito on the island. Kite-surfing runs from the beach itself, with lessons from a nearby IKO-certified school between December and May. Guests can also paddleboard, kayak, or join a weekly full-day catamaran sail to Stocking Island, with snorkelling and a stop to swim with sting rays.
