To really kick the evening off, start with a sparkling sake or one of our cocktails, inspired by Old Shanghai and Singapore, with fresh, seasonal fruit. There are three dining options – the raised Chef’s Dining area and Chef’s Dining Room. Both can be booked (sittings at 6pm and 8pm – groups over 8 please enquire).
