A separate three-storey building holds the pool and restaurant, stacked so that both look out over the trees toward the sea. The rooftop terrace carries a bar; from here you can watch the forest run down to the shoreline. Rooms range from standard doubles on the ground floor to a top suite with its own living room and several private balconies, each opening onto a different angle of sea or forest. Furnishings lean plain and current: soft neutral tones, flat-screen TVs, a fridge and bathroom with a bidet in every room. It is a compact, modern build, not a sprawling one. Downstairs, the restaurant serves Georgian and European dishes alongside Georgian wine and homemade lemonade. A children's play area, a mini-tennis court, and a private car park sit around the building, and the hotel arranges transfers and day trips into the surrounding region. A lift serves all seven floors, including the lower ground level.
