Saseka Tented Camp

Created by renowned design duo Silvio Rech and Lesley Carstens, the camp brings together steel-framed silhouettes, antique furniture and botanical ceilings in a masterful reimagining of early explorer style. 

Meals and moments are shared on Saseka’s tiered deck beneath a one-of-a-kind ceiling that mimics dappled sunlight through trees, while water trickles nearby and the bush stretches out beyond.

The Little Saseka Tented Villa operates as an intimate, camp-within-a-camp, servicing one, two or three tented suites exclusively. The Villa’s central entertainment area features a lounge and dining area, private and separate from the rest of the lodge.

One of the most design-forward camps in the Greater Kruger area, Saseka Tented Camp blends vintage safari romance with bold, contemporary style. Located on a curve of the Monwana River, it lives up to its name - ‘beautiful’ in the local Tsonga language – in every thoughtful detail.

Step inside and you’ll discover eight tented suites unlike any you’ve seen before – airy, elegant and filled with a gentle palette inspired by the bush. Private decks overlook the riverbed, each with an outdoor shower and plunge pool for uninterrupted moments of peace and game viewing.

For families or small groups, Little Saseka provides a private safari experience with its own lounge, dining area, pool, and vehicle.
