The inn's brasserie serves lunch, afternoon cake and coffee, and an à la carte evening menu; a gourmet menu runs Thursday to Saturday, built around ingredients from the Wadden Sea and surrounding marshland. Herskabsstalden, the estate's former manor stable, sits in the castle garden and opens seasonally for events and light refreshments. It is furnished with furniture designed by Hans J. Wegner. Guided tours of the castle, conducted in Danish, cover the Great Hall, the Golden Salon, the Winter Room, and the library, tracing the building's line of owners through to Prince Joachim's family. The garden itself borders open marshland, where birdlife gathers within sight of the tidal Wadden Sea. Concerts, lectures, and seasonal festivals run through the year in the castle and inn.
