Singita Kilima

Singita Kilima sits on a hillside inside the Grumeti Reserve in Tanzania's Mara Region, looking out over the Serengeti plains. The property books as a single exclusive-use villa, so the five suites — one main suite, one junior suite, and three twin suites — go to one group at a time, up to ten guests in total. Each suite has its own size and colour scheme; the main and junior suites have heated plunge pools.

The shared spaces are arranged to face the grasslands below: an infinity pool, wooden decks, and open lounges sit in the main communal area. There is also a media room, a fitness centre with views across the landscape, and a dedicated yoga space in each suite for guests who want a guided sequence on the deck.

From the villa, guides and trackers take guests out on twice-daily game drives across the Grumeti concession, which covers around three hundred and fifty thousand acres of the Serengeti ecosystem. Guided bush walks are available for guests sixteen and older. Hot air balloon charters offer a separate perspective — flying above the grasslands and acacia forest at dawn. For families with children, Singita runs a Mini Game Rangers' Course covering animal tracking, tree and bird identification, and basic astronomy.

Singita's partnership with the Grumeti Fund, a non-profit operating within the same concession, supports anti-poaching work across twelve scout camps and twelve observation posts. Guests can visit an observation post as part of their stay.
