Perched overlooking the tranquil water garden, The Coco Room is Dhevatara’s à la carte signature restaurant. Award winning chef, Kevin Rioux combines succulent culinary creations with ethnic Mediterranean, Asian and Creole flavours. Combining local herbs and hand-picked produce from the Dhevatara garden, The Coco Room restaurant offers a fine dining experience for even the most refined palates. Opening hours: 7.30am – 9.30pm Breakfast: 7.30am- 11.00am Lunch: 12.00pm – 3.00pm Dinner: 7.00pm – 9.30pm Half-board: 5 course dinner set menu with amuse-bouche, soup, starter, main course and dessert including one glass of house wine, and tea / coffee / lemongrass infusion. Full-board: Gastronomic 3 course lunch set menu and 5 course set dinner set menu.
