The Rooftop Bar

Set at the top of the hotel, The Rooftop Bar keeps things unfussy: sun loungers by the pool, a tempura counter, oysters shucked to order, and pulled pork sandwiches alongside lighter options from the raw bar. A glass of something cold or a well-made cocktail rounds out an afternoon here. Sitting above the rest of the V&A Waterfront, the terrace pulls in wide views of ocean and city together. Outside visitors are welcome by reservation, though the space belongs to hotel guests first. Access depends on the weather, so plans stay a little loose by design.
