Our hotel is able to host conferences for up to 600 guests in the Grand Ballroom, with an additional 10 meeting rooms between two floors that can seat from 8 - 60 delegates. The Grand Ballroom can be subdivisable into Ballroom East and Ballroom West, each side seating up to 200 guests banquet-style.

The conference facilities are supported by some of the most sophisticated communications technology available in South Africa, including IT hotspots on each level in the lobby, which has wireless connection for laptops. Business booths are available will full High Speed Internet Access and international plugs. 

Standard conferencing equipment includes data projectors, overhead projectors, white screens, plasma screens, and sound equipment. All conference rooms are remote controlled allowing the client to control all aspects of the room, including the dimming of lights, closing and opening of the blinds, room temperature, and audiovisual equipment.
