Meals are taken together in the dining room, home-cooked and built around fresh, often local ingredients, served from a daily menu sent ahead to guests. A short trail on the property leads through a patch of forest to the lookout point, while nearby paths and reserves extend the walking further into the range. Days here run on daylight and weather rather than a schedule, and nights bring a cold clear sky thick with stars.
