Eight elegantly appointed rooms located on the ground or upper floor. Access to the upper floor is by stairs as there is no elevator. Rooms are double glazed, and some offer a small kitchenette. Or choose the Luxe King Studio on the upper floor – it offers a self-catering kitchenette, additional lounge and dining space. Nespresso coffee maker and a selection of fine teas.

Spacious tiled ensuites with walk-in shower, Real World toiletries, robes and slippers. Relax in the intimate alleyway outdoor area or a comfortable guest lounge in the entrance lobby. Although the hotel is not licensed you are welcome to bring a bottle from your wine tour to enjoy. Gourmet breakfast is available at additional cost; enjoy in the lobby. Or, if you prefer – room service is available.

Outdoor parking right next to the hotel for a small charge. One of the best things about staying at 14th Lane is that just outside the door is the hub of the township, with numerous places to shop or dine, Guests may request a complimentary pass to the gym, pools, spa or steam room at Stadium 2000, located just opposite the hotel.

Marlborough is the gateway to the South Island and home to New Zealand’s largest, world recognised wine industry. The beautiful Marlborough Sounds – just a short drive from the hotel. Take a boat trip through the sounds, a day’s fishing or walk the Queen Charlotte Track.
