A ROSA Kitzbühel
Kitzbühel's hillside schlosshotel, where stone, glass, and a spa meet the Alps
Skip to product information
Set with hand-cut glass catching the light and stone underfoot, Schlosshotel Kitzbühel trades gloss for texture. The building holds its ground on a hill above Kitzbühel's old town, facing the Hahnenkamm and the Streif ski run. Inside, wood grain and worked stone run through the public rooms, and the Momentum Spa carries the same materials through its saunas and pools. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, a panorama sauna, a herbal sauna, a steam bath, and a gym. Three restaurants operate under one roof: Streif serves breakfast and evening live-cooking buffets, Rōzu is a sushi lounge open from late afternoon, and Das Kaps sits beside the hotel's own nine-hole golf course, serving grilled dishes with a view of the ninth hole. The bar runs live music every evening, piano some nights, jazz on others, under a room with tall dormer windows. A day spa operates without a stay attached. Rooms include Classic, Comfort, Comfort with balcony or terrace, and Deluxe doubles, plus an Adlersuite with wide views. It also hosts weddings, with a terrace overlooking the town and a hall used for ceremonies. The hotel keeps a dog play area and meeting rooms for business groups. Check-in staff double as concierges for golf and outdoor plans.
