Adaaran Select Meedhupparu

Meedhupparu is a single low island in Raa Atoll, ringed by a reef that runs close enough to shore to snorkel from the beach. The island is dense with banyan and palm cover, and villas sit under that canopy or along the sand rather than stacked in a block. Ten villa categories spread across the property, from Beach Villas at 51 m² to the Two-Bedroom Deluxe Family Beach Villa at 102 m². The Sunset Deluxe Beach Villas face west, with an outdoor shower and sunbeds set for the evening light. Prestige Water Villas, adults-only, stand on stilts over the lagoon with glass panels onto the reef below and butler service included. Family layouts connect rooms so parents and children share space without sharing a bed, and most villas add sunbeds or a private jacuzzi to the sand. Everything runs on a 24-hour premium all-inclusive basis, covering dine-around meals, a stocked minibar and a set of premium drinks. Snorkelling gear and non-motorised water sports are included too. Getting there takes a seaplane ride of about 45 minutes, or a short domestic flight followed by a 45-minute speedboat transfer. The pace on the island itself is unhurried: swim, eat, walk the shore, repeat.
