Rock walls, not plaster, form the rooms at Agarta Cave Hotel. The stone keeps its natural grain and colour, cut centuries ago and fitted since with modern wiring, glass, and plumbing. Set within Göreme National Park, the hotel holds 16 rooms across ten categories, from a 28 m² Standard Room to a 68 m² Family Room. Every room comes with high-speed internet, a Full HD television, and a pillow menu, alongside a spread breakfast served each morning. You can watch hot air balloons rise over the valley from the terrace at dawn, coffee in hand, before the day's heat sets in. A restored building now serves as the breakfast restaurant, its old stone walls left bare. Check-in runs from 3pm, checkout at noon. Extra services, from fruit plates to laundering, are available on request, priced separately.
