Akhdar Apartments

Akhdar Apartments is set in Utjeha, a village in the Bar municipality on Montenegro's Adriatic coast, with Mount Rumija rising behind the olive groves that line the property. The beach is a five-minute walk. Six room categories run from a 29 m² Superior with terrace up to a 70 m² apartment with a separate bedroom and panoramic sea view; several units include a kitchen or kitchenette, and all have air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Terraces and balconies face either the water or the mountains, and a pool with sun loungers sits within the grounds, shaded by mature olive trees. Breakfast is a Montenegrin buffet, served on site. The nearby town of Stari Bar holds the ruins of a fortified settlement at the foot of Rumija, its walls and churches spanning the medieval period through Ottoman rule; it makes for an easy morning walk before the heat sets in. Closer still, Uvala Maslina and Mala Plaža Utjeha offer quieter coves for swimming and snorkelling, reached on foot or a short drive. Cafés and a supermarket sit within walking distance of the building. Parking is free and included on site. Check-in runs from 2pm, with check-out by 11am, and the property accepts cash payment only.
