Arabic patterns run through the corridors here, worked into screens and tiled surfaces that catch the light differently through the day. The hotel sits at the corner of Wadi Musheireb and Jassim Bin Mohammed Street, in Msheireb Downtown Doha, close enough to Souq Waqif to reach it on foot. It is a compact base for a city stay. Of the 213 rooms and suites, the Souq Suite runs to 71 square metres with a king bed, a separate living area, and a private terrace facing the souq. The Imperial Suite is larger still, 200 square metres across two bedrooms with its own kitchen and two terraces. Ground-floor rooms and interiors carry the same decorative language, and several rooms look out over the Corniche.

Dining runs across five venues. Ibn AlBahr serves grilled seafood and Lebanese mezze near the souq entrance, while O'Glacée turns from a poolside lunch spot into a Mexican tapas room after dark. Le Colonial handles breakfast, and AtTeatude keeps a lobby lounge for coffee and afternoon tea. At the top of the building, Infinity Rooftop Lounge opens as the light drops, with drinks served against the skyline. You can walk to the Museum of Islamic Art and the Corniche from the hotel. An outdoor pool and gym round out the amenities, and 187 parking spaces sit beneath the building, with valet service included.
