Set inside a traditional hacienda-style rancho, this is Amor Arenal's main restaurant, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Volcano views frame an international menu with a Latin American twist, built on grass-fed beef, organic chicken and eggs, fresh Pacific coast fish, and vegetables and herbs from local farms and the property's own garden. Breakfast runs from traditional gallo pinto to lighter options like brown-rice pinto sano, organic fruit smoothies and farm-fresh yoghurt and cheese. The chef also prepares gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, macrobiotic and low-calorie dishes on request. An adjoining bar serves cocktails made with ingredients from the estate's own harvest.
