Tico Grill

At La Jaranita, each table comes with its own mini grill. Guests barbecue their own choice of vegetables and proteins, then wrap the results in soft corn tortillas to make gallitos, Costa Rica's classic mini tacos. The bar pours artisan infusions of Guaro Cacique alongside house cocktails such as the Jaguar You and the Margarazo. It is a hands-on, self-directed meal rather than a plated one, built around grilling, wrapping, and choosing your own combinations at the table.
