Anantara arranges a meal away from the main restaurant, on a sandbank in the ocean or aboard a dhow under sail as the sun goes down. A chef works out the menu with the diners beforehand, or builds one from scratch to their taste. Candles light the table, and a butler stays on hand through the evening to pour wine and serve each course. The resort positions it for anniversaries, proposals or any occasion worth marking away from the crowd. Setting, timing and menu are arranged in advance with staff.
