Game drives (Included)

Two game drives a day, timed to sunrise and sundowner hours, cover the groundwater forest, floodplains and acacia woodland around Lake Manyara. Professionally trained guides ask what wildlife guests most want to see, then adjust pace accordingly, whether that means tracking a particular animal or lingering at a sighting. Guides also point out the reserve's notable bird species and explain how the park's different habitats support such a range of animals. A night game drive can be added at extra cost, giving a look at the nocturnal predators that come out once the sun goes down.
