Hacienda

Once the owner's own home, the Hacienda now serves as a private, whole-house rental with five bedrooms, suited to multigenerational groups travelling together. The main bedroom has its own outdoor hot tub, and three of the remaining four bedrooms hold ensuite bathrooms. Inside, local artwork and handwoven textiles furnish a wide living and dining area, plus an upstairs family room. Outside, a garden terrace and a covered veranda look towards the volcano and river landscape. Guests here can arrange private excursions, and children can join the property's WILDChild activity programme. A fireplace and underfloor heating suit the Lake District's cooler evenings.
