Annie's on Milford

Annie's on Milford is a small stay on Milford Road, a ten-minute walk from Te Anau's town centre. The grounds face west, with mountain views from every room. Six studio suites and one two-bedroom cottage make up the property, each with a kitchenette, air conditioning and an outdoor deck with table and chairs. Standard Studios take a king bed or two king singles, with a shower bathroom and a smart TV with Netflix. Superior Studio Unit 4 has a bath as well as a shower. It is the only room with both. The Accessible Studio has an open-plan bathroom and can connect through to the Superior Studio next door, sleeping up to four guests between them. The Two-Bedroom Cottage sleeps four, with a king room, a twin room, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and its own laundry. Free off-street parking and wireless internet run across the property, and toiletries and a hairdryer are standard in every bathroom. Fiordland's lakes and mountains sit close by: Manapouri is 22 kilometres away, Milford Sound 120. You can hear little beyond the wind on the deck after a day on the water or the trails. Restaurants and bars in Te Anau are within walking distance, useful given the studios are built for short stays as much as long ones.
