Bar Peepal Resort
Bar Peepal Resort is a Nepali-style hotel built on 10.5 ropani of land in Pokhara's Lakeside district, close enough to walk to the water yet away from its noise. Local materials and traditional joinery shape the building, a deliberate counterpoint to the concrete blocks that line much of the district. It holds 45 rooms across five categories, from the Deluxe Room at 220 sq ft to the Executive Suite at 825 sq ft, each with a private balcony and a work desk. Most rooms face Fewa Lake or the forested slope of Raniban. The rooftop is the clearest expression of the design: an infinity pool with a 360-degree view over the lake, the Peace Pagoda on its hill, and the forest beyond. It is open from 8am to 8pm. Ground-floor facilities include a restaurant, a coffee shop, a spa with sauna, and a gym. Event space can seat up to 300 guests, run with in-house catering and audiovisual support. Airport transfers are included, and a travel desk on site arranges treks and day trips to Sarangkot, Davis Falls, and the caves nearby. The garden runs along one side of the property, a quiet buffer between the street and the rooms. Staff numbers are not published, but service is built around the shuttle, the welcome drink, and the desk. It is a compact stay, walkable to the lake.
