Each house features a large private verandah overlooking a busy waterhole where many animals come to drink. 

Basecamp Mara Houses, a pioneer in partnership with the Masai community, offer complete flexibility in terms of activities and meals – your days can unfold exactly as you would like them to, with meals whenever and wherever you wish. 

Tucked away in the tranquil Ol Chorro Losoit Valley between the Lemek Hills, Basecamp Mara Houses is a collection of three houses located in the 30,000-hectare Mara North Conservancy. Among them, the Mara and Acacia houses stand as spacious three-bedroom havens, while Dik Dik house provides a cozy two-bedroom retreat.

Each offering its own unique charm, these exclusive-use houses are designed for families or groups who want the privacy of their own home while on safari in Kenya.

The Houses are fully staffed, with a dedicated and hands-on team including a wildlife guide, personal chef, room steward, waiter and household manager who ensure every stay is seamless and memorable.
