Beausite Park Hotel Wengen

Arrival at Beausite Park Hotel & Spa means stepping off the Wengen train into a village closed to cars, the Jungfrau filling the view above the rooftops. Montelago Hospitality Group has run the hotel since 2022. Rooms range from doubles to suites, family rooms and one apartment, most with balconies looking onto the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The spa holds a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and small gym, and the indoor pool runs year-round. In summer, a natural swimming pond in the garden replaces chlorine with cold mountain water. Dinner turns on a four-course menu that changes daily, built from regional ingredients. The hotel sits within walking distance of the Lauterbrunnen valley's hiking trails and the ski lifts above Wengen, making it a base for both winter sport and summer walking. It is a compact, family-run operation with more than a century of continuous service behind the front desk.
