Bellasera Resort

Set on 9th Street South in the heart of Old Naples, Bellasera Hotel trades a conventional lobby for condominium-style suites with full kitchens and their own front doors. The building sits between 1st and 3rd Avenues South, a mile from the white sand of Naples' beaches and a short walk from the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue South. Suites run from one to three bedrooms, each with a living room, dining space, washer and dryer, and a screened lanai or terrace looking onto the courtyard or pool. It is a condo hotel, not a resort tower. The one-bedroom sleeps four around a king bed and a sofa sleeper; the three-bedroom adds a queen and two oversized twins across two bathrooms. Pool-view studios keep things simpler, with a king bed, whirlpool tub, and Nespresso machine. Outside, an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa anchor the courtyard, with cabanas for shade and a 24-hour fitness room for anyone unwilling to skip a routine on holiday. The hotel runs a guest shuttle to the beach and lends bicycles for the flatter streets of downtown. A restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and a lounge with live music cover dinner without a walk. Parking is on-site, close to the suites, included in the resort fee.
