Bengodi Boutique Hotel
Stone walls and high timber ceilings define the rooms at Bengodi Boutique Hotel, set among vineyards outside Eceabat. The hotel holds 20 rooms across three categories: Clairet, at 40 square metres with a king bed and stone textures under a peaked wooden roof; Rose, 38 square metres, some finished in stone, others in brick and timber, with a sofa bed; and Blush, a 32 square metre room with a balcony that opens onto greenery. All carry Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a safe. It is a small, deliberate stay.

The hotel doubles as a wine estate, with vineyards at Eceabat and at Köprübaşı, and a winery and cellar where grapes from both are pressed and aged in oak. On site sits a history museum dedicated to viticulture, displaying more than 100 original and replica pieces and tracing 9,000 years of grape cultivation. Entry is free and it opens daily.

Potina Restaurant & Bar serves breakfast, lunch and a seasonal à la carte dinner, with a bar that runs into the night. A meeting room, Şira, seats up to 30, and outdoor grounds accommodate weddings for up to 150 guests. You can walk the vine rows before breakfast and still make the museum by mid-morning.
