Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge

Set above Megali Ammos bay, Bill & Coo Mykonos looks down over the Aegean from a short walk to Mykonos Town. The hotel holds 24 suites, finished in whitewashed Cycladic style with bursts of colour in the cushions and bedding, and some open onto private hot tubs, plunge pools, or infinity pools. One suite, at 70 square metres, has smart home automation and a steam shower alongside its pool and veranda. Three villas sit connected to the hotel, offering their own privacy while drawing on the same staff and facilities. Suites run from around 36 to 58 square metres, and the two-bedroom option sleeps up to five guests. The Valmont Spa, reachable in minutes from town, is fitted with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and cold plunge in its own suite. Evenings gather at the Sunset Lounge, where a resident DJ plays over cocktails made with Greek ingredients, before dinner at YEVO, the hotel's restaurant led by Executive Chef Angelos Bakopoulos. Beefbar serves an all-day beach menu of grilled meat and seafood. You can hear the DJ's set drift up from the pool as the sun drops behind the bay. Breakfast runs à la carte, with fresh juices, eggs to order and homemade bread. It is a compact stay, built for calm rather than crowds.
