Blend Elphistone Resort
A Red Sea resort built around Elphistone's reef, dive walls, and dolphins
White sand runs down to the water at Blend Elphistone Resort, facing the reef that gives the property its name. The Red Sea here is calm and clear, and the coast is lined with coral walls and drop-offs that draw open-water divers to sites such as Elphistone Reef and the nearby dolphin house. It is a compact stretch of coast. Four swimming pools sit inland from the beach, one heated, one a relax pool with a jacuzzi, and a separate pool for children. Fenti, the main restaurant, seats 360 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while Sofra serves grilled dishes and snacks closer to the sand, with room for 35. A beachside spot called Sun & Salt runs from morning until sunset, serving calamari, fruit skewers, and wraps to guests moving between the water and their loungers. The resort also runs a spa offering body and face massages, along with kids' clubs, sports courts, and lounges built for family stays or quieter couples' breaks. Reception operates behind a beach that stays the resort's clearest asset, with the reef and its dive walls visible just offshore.
