Blend Elphistone Resort

White sand runs down to the water at Blend Elphistone Resort, facing the reef that gives the property its name. The Red Sea here is calm and clear, and the coast is lined with coral walls and drop-offs that draw open-water divers to sites such as Elphistone Reef and the nearby dolphin house. Fenti, the main restaurant, seats 360 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while Sofra serves grilled dishes and snacks closer to the sand, with room for 35.
