Cariblue Bay is the resort's front door, a curved stretch of sand at Cap Estate on Saint Lucia's northern coast. Rooms run from garden and ocean-view categories to oceanfront suites and a fifth-floor Penthouse with its own hammam and steam room. Two hillside suites, Aurora and Calypso, add plunge pools and private concierge service, with views across the bay to Pigeon Island on a clear day. Villa Firefly, a four-bedroom Great House reached by a grand staircase, sleeps up to ten and comes with its own kitchen and pool deck; Villa Hibiscus, smaller and steps from the beach, holds up to six across three en-suite bedrooms. Every stay is all-inclusive and built around a daily fifty-minute spa treatment, alongside classes in yoga, tai chi and dance, water sports, and Ayurvedic consultations at an on-site temple called Pavitra. The farm-to-table restaurant I-TAL serves a plant-based Rastafarian-inspired menu among the resort's rainforest edge. It is a short walk from beach to hillside.
